Enrique is the backbone of the Orioli Restaurant Group’s operational structure with heavy focus on ensuring his family’s legacy survives for generations to come.

Under his visionary leadership, the concepts of Marcoza Trattoria, Terra Vino Kitchen & Wine Bar, Azzurro Italian Coastal Cuisine, and Costa Fina Coastal Latin Kitchen were created and brought to life, thus expanding the family’s culinary portfolio.

Enrique has a strong business acumen, with intense attention to detail, devising strategies and business plans to help staff work towards goals that benefit the company.  His expertise in analytical thinking allows him to evaluate data to make informed decisions, and his strategic thinking allows him to understand the company’s current position, its goals and its resources.
